First-run tour & the sample case

New workspaces get a guided tour. It auto-starts the first time the person who created the workspace signs in, and it sets up a sample case to explore (the user may briefly see "Setting up your sample case…").

The tour is a full-screen spotlight: it highlights one part of the UI at a time inside an info card that shows a step counter ("N of M"), a title and description, and navigation buttons (Back, Skip tour, Next / Start tour / Explore my workspace).

Controls: Esc skips, → / Enter advances, ← goes back.

Relaunching the tour: there's a "?" (help) control in the app to start the tour again.

The sample case is a realistic demo case with files and content so a new user has something to click through while learning. It behaves like a normal case.
