Tasks live on a Kanban board — per case (Case → Tasks) and globally (/tasks
across all cases). Three columns: To do, In progress, Done.
Working with tasks
- Add a task with the "Add task" button at the bottom of a column (it pre-selects that column).
- Move a task by dragging it between/within columns (order is preserved).
- Task card shows the title, optional description, a priority badge (High=red / Medium=amber / Low=gray), a due date indicator (overdue in red, "Due today" in amber, otherwise the date), an assignee avatar, and — on the global board — the case name. Tasks created from AI suggestions show a small feather icon.
- Card ⋯ menu: Edit, set Priority, Delete, and (for AI-sourced tasks) "Start with assistant" to open the assistant primed with that task.
Creating / editing a task
The dialog ("New task" / "Edit task") has: Case (on the global board — pick a case or "Firm"), Title (required), Description, Assignee, Due date, and Priority (High / Medium / Low / None).
AI "Suggested" section
On a per-case board, when the case has AI-suggested next steps that haven't been added yet, a "Suggested" section appears (collapsible). Each suggestion has an "Add task" button that turns it into a real task in To do. (This section doesn't appear on the global board.)
